The Chamber also resolved that “as scientific evidence is confirmed by appropriate federal and state environmental and health agencies, applicable regulatory review and adjustments should be established.”
The Chamber support comes in the form of Chamber Resolution 11-1: Regulated Use of Bio-solids Agricultural Fertilizers, approved by the Chamber Board of Directors at its regular monthly meeting held in July 2011. The Chamber resolution was earlier recommended for Board approval by the Chamber Economic & Government Affairs Committee and the Chamber Agri-business Round Table.
